Our client, based in Morningside, in the flooring industry seeks an Admin Controller Assistant.
The ideal candidate must have:
• MS Word
• MS Excel – Advanced
Roles & Responsibilities
• Secretarial functions and PA to the MD
• Stock costing / control and release
• Pastel Invoicing – Debtors & Creditors
• Bank payments – loading
• Logistics – Manage and track all incoming products and arrange for local deliveries and collections.
• Creating and Maintaining pricelists
• Petty Cash Control
• Project Documentation & Management
• Costings and relevant documentation
• Foreign payments and relevant documentation
• Manage Showroom and displays
• Keep track of sample stock and re-order
• Job card control
• Updating clients on new stock/products
Salary: Experience dependent
