Our client, a National Fleet Services company based in the Upper Highway seeks an Admin Controller.
- 3 years experience in a financial environment/department
- 3 years Pastel experience
- Efficient in Microsoft Office
- Perform credit checks on all new clients including any branch credit applications using credit bureau system and telephonic enquiries.
- Approvals and loading of clients onto the ERP and Pastel.
- Monthly checking and invoicing for Bureau dept.
- Receipting of incoming monies and follow up of outstanding accounts and any returned debit orders.
- Data capturing (costs; inter-company related entries) and compilation of monthly reports.
- Accurate record-keeping of stock pertaining to dept.
- Updating of branch customer records.
- Processing of daily installation invoices incl. collation of relevant documentation.
- Processing of monthly invoices.
- Loading of debit order run onto banking system (EFTS).
- Other administrative duties as required.
Salary: R8 000 plus benefits
