My client based in Riverhorse Valley seeks and Bookkeeper/ Administrator. The successful applicant will be responsible for processing monthly accounts and responsible for the administration of the company.
Requirements
- Bookkeeping certification
- 5yrs experience
- Pastel Accounting software experience
- Extremely Organised
- Must have drivers’ licence and vehicle
Responsibilities
- Processing Books of multiple entities
- Reporting to the Financial Manager
- All Statutory returns including VAT, PAYE processing
- SARS Liaising
- Debtors
- Creditors
- Cashbook update
- Invoicing
- All Personal Assistant duties
- All administration with regards to property management
Salary R 200 – 250 000.00 annual CTC
