Our client, based in Kloof in the Commercial Property Management industry seeks a Bookkeeper
The ideal candidate must have:
• Bookkeeping Certification
• Minimum of 7 yrs experience in a similar position
• Experience in a property related environment.
• Experience with Xero accounting package will be an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• All Financial processing
• Monthly rentals and utilities invoicing
• Monthly Management accounts from Xero
• Updating asset register and processing monthly depreciation
• Bi Monthly payment checks
• Calculating interest on Tenants deposits.
• Reconciling deposits and bank accounts
• Processing of journals
• Supplier Recons
• Client Recons
• Following up on outstanding rental payments
• Preparation of VAT
• Annual Audit preparation.
Salary: R 12 – 15 000.00 ctc per month
