Our client, a Corporate Company based in the Upper Highway Area, seeks a Financial Administrator.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum 3 years’ Pastel experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial environment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong administration skills
- Good time management
- Computer Literate (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Attend weekly meetings with the Departmental Manager
Responsibilities:
- Credit checks on all new clients utilizing the appointed credit bureau, and approval of tracking clients
- Carry out trade references
- Processing of company Commercial approvals
- Loading of approved Commercial applications onto the ERP
- Capturing of purchase orders and supplier invoices for company expenses on Pastel
- Raise Pastel invoices, including downloading of data for the ERP and the collation of relevant documentation;
- Receipting of all monies for the company
- Reception relief as per weekly roster
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
