Financial Administrator

Our client, a Corporate Company based in the Upper Highway Area, seeks a Financial Administrator.

Requirements:
• Matric
• Minimum 3 years’ Pastel experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial environment
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong administration skills
• Good time management
• Computer Literate (MS Word and MS Excel)
• Attend weekly meetings with the Departmental Manager

Responsibilities:
• Credit checks on all new clients utilising the appointed credit bureau, and approval of tracking clients
• Carry out trade references
• Processing of company Commercial approvals
• Loading of approved Commercial applications onto the ERP
• Capturing of purchase orders and supplier invoices for company expenses on Pastel
• Raise Pastel invoices, including downloading of data for the ERP and the collation of relevant documentation;
• Receipting of all monies for the company
• Reception relief as per weekly roster

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
