Our client, a large hospitality company based in the Upper Highway, seeks a Regional Facilitator for their Call Centre.
- Tertiary Hospitality qualification/experience
- Experience in a 5-Star hotel or resort
- Advanced computer skills
- Good project management skills
- Able to do overnight travel 3 – 4 days per week
- Knowledge of Opera and Micros would be an advantage
- Conduct hospitality training throughout the region at all levels with all staff
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are understood and adhered to
- Skills gap analysis
- Detailed report backs to Management
- Incorporation of customer centricity into training methodology
Salary: R 23 000.00 CTC + Company Vehicle, etc.
