Our client in the Manufacturing Industry, based in Pinetown, seeks the services of a Sales Co-ordinator/Administrator in their Sales Department.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Min 3 years’ Sales administration experience
- Must have worked with a CRM system
- Excellent MS Word and Excel skills
- Marketing qualification will be an advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Management of leads process: Web, referrals, tenders, adverts, etc.
- Compilation of Sales commission reports
- Vehicle management log books, services, etc.
- Diary management for Sales team
- Travel arrangements
- Assist with tender documents
- Credit applications
- Any ad-hoc administration duties
Salary: R 11 000.00 – R13 000.00 CTC dependent on experience
