Snr Response Controller -Call Centre
Our client, a national fleet services company, based in the Upper Highway Area, seeks a Snr Controller, the purpose of this role is to provide cover for any department in the call centre.
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Drivers Licence and own vehicle.
- Must be prepared to work shifts when providing cover
- 2-4 years call centre/ response centre experience
To provide cover for the following departments;
- Alert incident management
- Technical support
- Customer Service
- To act in Supervisory role as and when required.
Salary is market related
