Our client, based in Hillcrest, in the CCTV/ Access Control industry seeks a strong Technical / Administration Co-ordinator.
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills
- Minimum 3 yrs experience using Pastel
- Valid Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
- Able and prepared to work from Company premises ( Essential Services)
Duties:
- Responsible for all administration required by the business
- Client quotations
- Project / Tender quotations
- Procurement of all materials
- Daily scheduling of all technical teams.
- Invoicing
- Supervision of admin assistants when required.
Salary: R 12 000.00 CTC depending on experience
Working Hours: 07:00 /07:30 – 16:00/16:30
