Our client, an Electronics Security Company in the Upper Highway Area, seeks a Technical Support Supervisor.
- Technical / electronics qualification would be an advantage
- Strong Excel skills for generating reports
- Trouble shooting experience
- Some help desk experience
- Experience with training and upskilling a team
- Ability to logically process system flows and report back on any issues.
- Ability to process data and draw correlations between events.
- Understanding of IT and ERP systems so has the ability to audit software/product services.
- The purpose of this position is to provide technical support to clients and field technicians, this is a trouble shooting and diagnostic role, the query will then be passed to the appropriate team member.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
