Our client, a corporate company based in the Upper Highway Area, seeks a Technical Trainer.
- Excellent command of English
- Strong ability to understand and deal with technical situations (strong technical acumen)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong administration skills
- Good time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good telephone etiquette
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Managing and maintaining the online training platform, as well as training of staff at all levels throughout the business
- Development and implementation of Codes of Practice, Training Material and testing thereof
- Working with various levels of staff from Technicians to Supervisors and Managers, and well as service providers
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
