I have worked in the recruitment industry for more than 15 years; I was initially involved in work place behavioral assessments before establishing RMS.

When it comes to dealing with people I am exceptionally passionate about finding the right fit in terms of culture and personality, as every company has its own unique company culture that needs to considered when finding the perfect person for the job. My success comes from extensive relationship building as well as having a solid understanding of how every business works, together with their specific needs. I am always available for a cup of coffee to discuss a new position whether you have been a client for 9 years or 9 days!

RMS Staffing Solutions was launched in Durban, South Africa in 2006. We currently assist a variety of different companies with their staffing strategies across South Africa and Internationally, we currently support clients in the USA, Australia and Europe.
